My guy and I spent the last day before the semester begins enjoying the beautiful Winter weather and scenery of Northern Chicago. The area is very beautiful this time of year. We breathed deep, kissed a lot, skipped stones, and enjoyed apple pancakes at Walker Bros. Tomorrow the spring semester begins. For me, it means a semester of general ed’s before I transfer and begin working on my biology degree. I’m scared out of my mind for what that means (calculus, chemistry, etc.) but I would rather be scared than bored. I try to keep that philosophy guiding my way.
